Hello Treking, I have received couple of complaints which were as mentioned above. I am not able to get my hands on such a device in which such problem occur. I am looking forward to receive one of such handset, once i get it I will try to resolve issue on my own first and If I am not able to, then I will approach our group again.
I just wanted to have some background if anyone has come across such problem before. Again thanks a lot for looking into my issue. I will surely follow-up with further proceedings.
