Yes, a lot of problems. But I think... look around at the real business 
world, every year a new update for Programs and Games, and the users have 
to pay the same price every year. I dont like this, but should the 
developer give all his additional work for free (maybe for 10-20 years) 
after the first release? Maybe he will get no more users. And then?

Ok, I could use the in-app billing, but I dont like it because of the risk 
of a court patent suit:
"Google Steps Up to Defend Android Developers From Patent Lawsuit" (Lodsys).

I understand Googles intent to deny similar apps, but this is not a 
solution. At this time I think about to let die old apps... because: 
new apps = a lot of new customers = life
