A user started a trial subscription. At the end of the trial subscription, the purchase failed as a high risk order. He cannot buy again, even with new credit card information, because Google Play says "You've already purchased this item".
He has gotten no help from Google, nor from me for that matter, because there appears to be nothing I can do. We just need to keep telling the unfortunate users they are not allowed to give us money?
