I only need to do it once to learn the message format that the SAT send to the carrier. Once I know that, users will not be forced to exit the app, go to the SAT and then come back to the app once the transaction is done. This is the key element that will make the app a killer app. Trouble is that I don't know how to get access to the exchange of messages between the SIM card and Mobile Equipment.
