While I understand that this post is asking for help, you need to find out what you are working with. So if you don't have a guide, sdk docs, or pdfs that come along with development kits for this reader of yours, you won't be able to implement that in your program. If this reader comes with an sdk, look for them jar files, make sure that you have the right license to use them and then make sure they work properly with android.
