i got a replacement phone through verizon wireless. i got droid 4 and this droid 4 replacement does not have the option to go to vibrate using th side buttons for volume down. it goes from low volume straight to no sound..i use this option quite a bit and would like to know if there was a force firmware fix that could take care of this.
