I also got the same error on Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S. Is there anything
wrong for configure?
MediaCodec codec = MediaCodec.createEncoderByType("video/avc");
codec.configure(MediaFormat.createVideoFormat("video/avc", 640, 480), null,
null, MediaCodec.CONFIGURE_FLAG_ENCODE);
codec.start();
Error:
