Hi! I would like to create an application that draws a bitmap in a camera when a user touches an specific point.
it is similar to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FH9vJ684j_U&feature=player_embedded however a bitmap images will be use instead of open GL. can you help me out? where can I start or give me a step by step process on create it.
