I hope someone can help here. I have an app idea, but want to know if it's possible before I spend lots of time learning how to make apps.
Is it possible to 'plug-in' to google maps traffic based on a specific map point? e.g. If I want to check what the current traffic is at an exact point along a road? (using code, not looking at the map manually). So it would simply tell me if it was green/yellow/red etc right now based on the position I gave it to look up. Or is the traffic information literally just an 'overlay' that I can't interact with with code? If nobody knows, where would I find this information? Google doesn't seem to have the answer.
