I was looking at a tutorial that used Contacts which is a ContentProvider
That app had the following tag in AndroidManifest:
<uses-permission
android:name="android.permission.READ_CONTACTS">
</uses-permission>
I thought maybe I would need something like that to access a custom
ContentProvider
