Well, you would have to write your own app to use those images, for one.
Then for each message you would use a TextView and set the background of
the TextView to the image...
<TextView
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
*android:background="@drawable/my_bubble_img"* />
