I need raw access to the contents of the SIM card. This application involves both hardware & software. The contents of the SIM may change (invalidating the contents of the SIM cache), without the OS being aware of the change.
I'm not sure if there is a way for an application to invalidate the adncache, and even if there were, refreshing the entire adncache to poll for a change is inefficient. Is there a way I can force the cache to read a single adn record from the SIM?
