Allright it works now!
Thank you for poiting out to me the Byte Order Mark.
I've added "out.write('\ufeff');" to write the Byte Order Mark and you can
see in the attachment the export now works fine! :)
This is my code now:
out = new OutputStreamWriter(
new FileOutputStream(file), "UTF-8"
);
out.write('\ufeff');
out.write(result.toString());
out.flush();
