The "best" one is going to be whichever one you think is going to work best
for your needs after you have vetted the available options, used your brain
to some critical thinking, planning, and brainstorming.  Every solution is
going to have its advantages and disadvantages and you will need to weigh
each of those and figure this out on your own.  Different apps have very
different requirements and individuals have different experience,
strengths, and weaknesses... all of which determine the "best" solution.

So do some homework and start figuring it out for yourself... :-)
