Hi, Can anybody tell me the API (or other methods) to bind a phone to the particular network cell? I supposed that GsmCellLocation::setLacAndCid will do it, but it simply changes the internal values of the class GsmCellLocation.
The reason I need that is that our laboratory has a lot of BTSes and phones can hand-over without any actions from the user side while we're testing our BTS.
