In your original delete method:
public boolean deleteAllNotes() {
return mDb.delete(DATABASE_TABLE,"1", null) > 0;
}
Is there any reason you are passing the value "1" as the whereValue for the
mDb.delete(...) method? You could try simply using the value null.
