If you are using eclipse then it is very easy. Click* DDMS *then u will see*File Explorer *. If *File Explorer* is not displayed click *Window->Show View->File Explorer* .In File Explorer u can see 3 folders click on *mnt *folder then u can see *sdcard*. Select *sdcard* . Right side of the *File Explorer* u can see two icons with arrow. This two are used to push a file into or delete a file from the *sdcard*. Hope u can use this to insert a image.
