Please can someone with a WiFi-only tablet answer this question: How does Android Market determine your "country" when deciding whether to make paid apps available to you or not?
As a side note (for those who don't already know), on GSM devices, this is done by your SIM card's country. Is it according to your Wi-Fi network country (i.e. can be worked-around using a VPN)? Or is it based on the country through which your tablet was sold (workaround would require rooting)? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
