I am puzzled by permission usage, I do not know how an applicaiton check a request from other apps by permission, for example, it seems any applicaion can use call function if he declare <uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CALL_PHONE"/> in his andriodmanifest.xml, and not other permission check. is my understanding right? if right, this permission seems no sense. can anyone help to make clear about it? Any ideas would be helpful.
