While I agree that Google is your friend in this case, to save you that minimal effort I can point you towards two possible options:
http://www.cocos2d-x.org/ http://code.google.com/p/cocos2d-android-1/ Go on there and read any wiki and tutorial material they have, and review any code examples they have in their repositories. This isn't really the place to guide you through starting with either of those so I suggest you seek help from their respective user communities.
