I want to develop an Adroid App (for internal use, not for Android Market) that uses Google Maps Api to view vehicles position in real time over maps. The application is not for comercial use, only for few users that have android phones, and want to know the position of vehicles over Google Maps. Do I need license for that app?. What kind of license, and where can I buy?
