Sure there is! It just isn't like the code formatter... Window>Preferences>XML>XML Files>Editor
You can make each attribute on a single line, indention, etc... It's not super flexible but it works for what you want. @Tor Norbye THANK YOU!!! That will be nice :) String formatting is my most hated thing!
