...and this time, it matters.

Ok, got my first sale for Bouncing Buckies Live Wallpaper, but now I'm
confused again about how Checkout works....

I happened to stumble across the old bookmark I made to the checkout
page, and opened it. Surprise, there was the first sale, just a few
hours after the app went online. Cool. Ok, so it says I need to charge
the order (button was greyed out, and I seem to recall last time, being
told that happens on its own). Fine.

But.... Looking at the summary (lower right), it says

            Total: 0.99
   Charged Amount: 0.00
      Net revenue: 0.00

Below that, it says that the authorization was successful. Is the
summary above the part that takes a couple of hours (roughly) to update?
And appmonger also says there are no sales. Does it also take this
couple of hours or so to see the update? Or should it have shown
something already?

Also, "Charged Amount:" ... is that what the buyer was charged? Or is
that the 30% that I get charged for every sale?

Oh, and I don't send a "Shipping Notice", do I? I think I asked that
before, but if so, I lost the answer....

Considering that neither of my previous apps have made a penny for me,
getting even one sale within four hours is a welcome first step....

Thanks,

PS: Web page is http://jdgapps.com ...includes a barcode link from the
Bouncing Bucky page (and now from the newly-craeted page for the
     grain database app, too).
