Hi, I'm an android developer living in South Korea and interesting at Android Market. Sometimes ago I have tried billing in the market to join. But there is no 'Korea' in the country list on billing page. How can I join and billing it? Isn't Korean Android developer accepted to join to Android Market? (Sorry, I couldn't find android market newsgroup so wrote here)
