Hm. On a 3.1 device (emulated), the list of applications to open the URL with appears, but the same URL (regardless of whether the application was built with the API13 SDK or not) on a 3.2 device (emulated) opens in the YouTube application (no options given).
A Xoom user with 3.2 initially reported this anomaly.
