Go to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/reference and put your order number into the shipping reference field and your destination and a range of dates to cover when you ordered and you should see the tracking details. I placed an order on the 6th and it shows as departing on the 10th so my guess is they are pretty swamped with orders. I still haven't had any emails other than the original order acknowledgement.
My tracking details show a scheduled delivery for the 17th which is hardly what I'd call "EXPEDITED" delivery from the USA to Australia - mind you I expect delivery before that date as it hit Sydney on the 13th.
