You must have angered somebody and they filed a DMCA noticed. Google responds to those complaints quickly and forcefully. The other apps that violate copyrights are all subject to similar actions as yours, it's just they haven't annoyed the wrong people yet like you must have. At least a big guy with a machete didn't show up at your door and demand a piece of your anatomy.
