Hi - I've published an app that uses in-app billing and am having problems with Google Checkout. For one thing, I have it setup to send me an email when a purchase happens, but I am not receiving an email notification. Also, the 'Charge order' button is grayed out and the orders are showing as "Not yet shipped".
