Don't worry too much about this. Once they do get around to actually processing the last nine days of data your app will float up to where it should be. My free app "Radar Now!" has had nearly 70,000 downloads in that time and hasn't updated either. What's a drag about this is I'm hoping it will cross the one million active user count and I haven't been able to see that happen because of this delay in processing.
