Hello, I am developing an app using webkit embedded webview and thus want to secure user info and passwords.
My thinking was to use a native java class to encrypt such info and stick in app preferences. Does Google have any guidelines on this? Mobile is different in that most 'stolen' handsets are due to personal breakups.. If its encrypted in app preferences using a native java class at least than I have several security layers.. Also if I did make that choice would user info be deleted upon app uninstal?
