Hi,
I found the way, this is because of while updating Android,
file .......\android-sdk-windows\tools\lib\plugin.prop has been
changed.
you do one thing only, just change " plugin.prop.plugin.version=9.0.0
".
Thats it.
and if you find problem again within same, let me know......
