both should be ok. Early versions are always a bit buggy, but 3.6.1/2
should work better than straight 3.6
That said 3.5.2 works fine. Make sure you get a simple version
(Eclipse for Java dev for instance). No need to get one that has a lot
of useless plug-ins.
