Hm, it doesn't allow applications to add and remove "admin users". (Not sure what those even are actually.)
There won't be an "unlock now" method added. This is *not* intended as an API to replace the lock screen, which would be a much different facility. The APIs here are intended to allow limitations to be placed on the kind of lock screens / passwords the user can use.
