Hi all, I have been searching for the source code for VpnServices.apk - trying to understand just how this VPN application is implemented such that root permissions are not required. I think it is part of the core.jar but the only reference I can find to it in the Android tree is core.mk
Could someone point me in the right direction and/or explain how the app. gets at the IP packet stream to implement the security please.
