Despite the name, related apps, it does not appear to be strictly a symmetric relation. Better to have no related apps on your tab, yet show up on everyone elses. Nonetheless, I think you will show up. The one I mentioned earlier now has a few related apps on it. I guess some "relationships" are just taking longer to form.
