I tried this: http://groups.google.com/group/android-developers/browse_thread/thread/65cdc456b93ad2d9/f6bd8d08eee466b0?lnk=gst&q=turn+off+emulator+network+#f6bd8d08eee466b0, and I tried F8 to turn off the cell networking off, but, the emulator can still see the network. Any other ideas?
