First thing to do is to VERY CAREFULLY read the code that you use to create the DB and to reference the column. Very likely the problem is a typo in one of the names or in the definition statements. Check carefully the spelling of everything.
And it never hurts to do as Kumar suggests and delete, then reinstall the app. Plus you might want to try "cleaning" your project and building anew.
