Just to keep the thread alive....I've done some research, and a the Full Screen Caller ID application is placing differently than the normal in call screen. for example, I am able to display a toast on top of the normal in call screen from my application...but that same toast does not appear over the Full Screen Caller ID.....I know that the app is not launching a dialog, because those appear below the in call screen, and it can't be a toast because it allows for interaction....so it seems to be launching a system service
