First post so please be gentle! I'm trying to install the individual SDKs for different android versions and I'm getting the following error.
"Failed to fetch URL http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: Connection refused: connect" I've tried http and https in my browser (through proxy and not through proxy) and both open the repository just fine. I can even download the individual zip files "android-2.2_r02-windows.zip" for example. I have them on my hard drive. I just can't seem to get the Android SDK and AVD manager to download them. :( Any suggestions? Any way to manually install them?
