I was wondering, does an onLocationChanged event happen when the location device gets turned on? That is, if you're in SF, you turn off gps, you take a plain to Amsterdam, then you turn on gps, does the device generate an onLocationChanged event? Or does that happen when you've changed location after turning on the gps?
