I am having trouble installing the Android SDK. I have assured that the proxy settings are correct. I am getting the following error for all tools: Server returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL: http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/android-2.2_r02-windows.zip
My company reads .zip files via http as risky. When I uncheck the force https to be http option, I get the following error: Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: Connection timed out: connect I know my proxy settings are correct.
