"OP" usually means "original poster", not "original post". Now since you found malware at his link, deleting the original poster may be very tempting, but I can't think of a jurisdiction where the jury will find that malware makes it "justifiable homicide";)
Besides: there are alternative markets already, legitimate ones that will NOT install malware: http://slideme.org and http://getjar.com come to mind.
