Or maybe the reason you don't see the comment on the phone is because of different languages. In fact, I noticed that for example if you have your phone in English (US) and you write a comment, people with a phone in Italian will not see that comment.
This is kind of frustrating because the only way to see all user comments on your app is to either switch language (locale) every time, or check the various market websites (cyrket, androidpit, etc.).
