You can deploy your application to your phone using the Android Eclipse plugin. All you need is the phone plugged in USB (make sure you have enabled USB debugging in Settings > Applications > Development.) When you "run" your application, it will send it to the phone, or ask you what target you want if you already have an emulator running.
