For your information, my problem was due to my Android version. I
didn't use v1.0 and Apache libs. I upgraded my environment using
Android v1.0 and Apache libs (mime, httpclient and so one). I think
that now i could use setConnectionTimeout.
I don't understand why Android, the Internet platform, have deleted
this libs of Android.
