This problem has been bugging me for a long time and I just can't figure it out. No matter what I do my emulator clock always shows my time +7:00.
I am on the West Coast and my system time (Windows XP) is set to GMT -8:00 but for some reason the emulator always sets the time to GMT -1:00. I am assuming this has something to do with Java but I can't figure out where to go or how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
