Well, I wasn't really suggesting you use the string "ID_TAG", but as
long as you are using that string both when you put the long into the
bundle and when you take it back out, it should work fine. Why you are
getting that strange value is confusing to me. Can you post the
snippet of code you used to create the intent/bundle and the one to
get the data out of the bundle?
