Hi

I managed to fix it.

The first thing I changed was to explicitly set an environment variable in 
the Dockerfile, as I had seen an error about this on a previous build:

`ENV DEBIAN_FRONTEND="noninteractive"`

However, I think what really fixed it was that i drastically reduced the 
number of processes from 50 to 4:

`m -j4  -d > build.txt 2>&1`

Is there a test suite I can run?
