Hi,
In my application, i have a grid view. It is defined by the following
xml:
<GridView
android:id="@+id/library"
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="fill_parent"
android:columnWidth="80dp"
android:numColumns="auto_fit"
android:verticalSpacing="5dp"
android:horizontalSpacing="15dp"
android:stretchMode="columnWidth"
android:gravity="center"
android:focusable="true"
android:focusableInTouchMode="true"
android:background="@drawable/background_pane"
></GridView>
I am trying to get the items in the grid view to be focusable, but no
matter what i do, isFocusable() always returns false. I am using a
custom adapter in it that extends base adapter, but i do not think
that is the cause of this. I check isFocusable() both before and
after i set the adapter and both times it returns false. I also try to
requestFocus(), but all that does is select one of the buttons on the
screen. I could not find anything on this issue, and would be most
appreciative if someone would be able to help
Thank you
