You can set any view to be focusable and add an OnClickListener.
ScrollView view = (ScrollView)findViewById(R.id.my_scroll_view);
view.setFocusable(true);
view.setOnClickListener(new OnClickListener(){
public void onClick(View v) {
// DoStuff
}});
